For churches looking for a Sunday service space for members to congregate on long term arrangement:

The P&W@L18 is located at 24 Lorong 18 Geylang, a small 6-storey building with a communal space at level 6. Lorong 18 is zoned as Commercial and Institution in the future under URA Master Plan.

The project has completed as of Dec 2020; TOP certification will be issued around March 2021. Currently the building is at the stage of a final touch up and the building management is seeking for a suitable partner to lease the entire building/premise on a long lease arrangement.
